Our certified Zumba fitness instructor, Nikki Wyllie, focuses this fitness program on positive energy and fun!

You will need water, supportive sneakers and loose, comfy clothing.

This program is designed using music and dance movement as a universal language for non-dancers, new exercisers or those who have hesitated to join group exercise.

If you love "feeling" the music, and want to learn basic movements for a great body workout that feels like a party, then Zumba Fitness Classes are for you. Classes are non-intimidating and manageable no matter your age, gender or fitness level.

Classes are cardio based by using only easy to follow movements to music, after which we end the class with components of circuit movement.
