Oxford Parks and Rec Huskies Summer Camp
REGISTRATION FOR HUSKIES SUMMER CAMP IS FROM 4/7/10-5/20/10. After May 20th, there will be a $25 late fee charged for each child registered. NO registrations will be accepted after June 1st.

This is the camp everyone loves! Huskies - for those who have completed Kindergarten through 4th grade. For the older kids, please see our new OPR Teen Travel Camp - for those who have completed 5th through 8th grade (online reg form shows grades K-5th and 6-9th).

Colonial Tavern has swimming pool, paddle boating on pond, multi purpose fields, basketball, marquis covered picnic area, and great cook-outs (lunch is included on CT days)!
Posypanko Park has playground, tennis courts, basketball court, baseball/softball diamonds, picnic area.
Detailed schedules will be announced at a later date. You will receive a Camp Manual in Mid June with answers to all of your questions (we hope!).
Before Care!! You've asked for it - you got it! We will be available to receive your children starting at 7:30am. Naturally, there's an additional fee - check below for the registration form. Please be aware that this can be signed up on a week by week basis - meaning we cannot do this on a day to day basis. Also - Before Care starts at 7:30 sharp. You may not drop your child off before 7:30am.
Huskies will go to Colonial Tavern every day except Thursdays during the camp season. On Thursdays, they will go to Posypanko Park.
There will also be three (3) optional bus trips during the summer. They are not included in your camp registration and there will be an additional fee for them. Information on those trips will be in your camp manual and you can start registering your kids for them after you receive that info. All children boarding a bus for any camp trip, must also ride that bus back to its original point of departure. Sorry parents - no more picking child up from Beardsley Zoo, Danbury Mall, or wherever the trip may be. Note - these bus trips are only for children who are registered for camp.
Each child must be signed in and signed out by parent or other pre-designated guardian. Details will be included with your Summer Camp Manual after registration has closed.
The above changes have been made in an effort to better safeguard your children by keeping better controls on their entrances and exits. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
Lunch included on Colonial Tavern days. Games......Sports......Crafts.......Special days like Ice Cream Sun-Days, Crazy Hat Days, Tennis Lessons, Line Dancing, etc etc etc

Registrations are due BY MAY 20TH. Mail in registrations must be postmarked by that date. NEW THIS YEAR! We will accept late registrations only until June 1st. If you register your child AFTER May 20th but before June 1st, there will be a $25 late fee per child assessed. No registrations will be accepted after June 1st.

Summer Camp Prices for 2010:
$110 per week. No more 2 week sessions. Sign up for any of the 6 weeks you want - or all of them!
Swimming Lessons: $15 per week (lessons twice per week)
Discounts available for more than one child per family registered. 2nd child gets 10% discount; 3rd child gets 20% discount. Discounts only apply to multiple children in THIS program. They do not cross over to the Teen Travel Camp.
Discounts do not apply to swimming lessons or to Before Care.
