About the Trip
- Morning guided tour of Eleanor Roosevelt's Val-Kill, a cottage located a short distance from FDR's home. Eleanor used Val-Kill as her personal retreat, and it became her home after FDR's death. Stroll the grounds and view an introductory film in the playhouse.
- Lunch in The Tavern at Beekman Arms in Rhinebeck. Dine in the oldest Inn in America and its colonial atmosphere with overhead beams. Menu: Field Greens Salad, Herb Crusted Tilapia, or Roasted Chicken Breast with Beurre Blanc Sauce. Both served with Potato & Vegetable or Pasta Prima Vera with Grilled Vegetables. Dessert and Beverage.
- A special visit to the FDR Home, Library & Museum in Hyde Park, NY rounds out our afternoon. Come see the home where the only 4 term United States President lived. Walk the Rose Garden and see the graves of the President and First Lady. This is the nation's first Presidential Library and the only one to be used by a sitting
- president.

- No bus seats are assigned.
- All trips are on a first come first served basis - so reserve early to be assured a space.
- Half of the fee is due within two weeks of booking with the remaining balance due 45 days before date of trip.
