Intrepid Museum 

The USS Intrepid is an important part of America's history at sea, in the air and in space. The Intrepids's role in this history spans two major wars, the space program, and rescue and recovery efforts in the days following the attacks on September 11, 2001

Trip Highlights
  • Explore the 900 foot USS Intrepid. This aircraft carrier fought in WWII, served in the Cold War and the Vietnam War. Visit the Space Shuttle Pavilion and see the Space Shuttle Enterprise. Climb aboard the Submarine Growler, the only American guided missile submarine open to the public.
  • Enjoy a bite to eat at Chelsea Market after our Intrepid tour (on own).
  • Be sure to bring your camera for that perfect photo!

TRIP DETAILS
  • Cost: $87 pp adult, $82pp child (6-12 yrs old)
  • Departure: 8:30am Oxford Town Hall
  • Return: 6:30pm
  • Lunch: On own at Chelsea Market
