STRONG 30
  • SPRING SESSION

  • Strong 30 packs a challenging total-body workout into 30 minutes
  • This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule. This is the same STRONG by Zumba class packed into 30 minutes.
  • Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep.
  • **Please note this is not a dance class
  • Requires: Mat, Towel and H20

STRENGTH FUSION

  • STRENGTH FUSION is a total body strength workout combining body weight exercises with dumbbell training.
  • Requires: Mat & 2 sets of dumbbells - Light (2-5 lb) and Heavy (5-10 lb)
  • Drop In Cost: $8
  • Drop in Cost for combined 1 hour class: $10
