”Aggie's Park” is the newest open space acquired by the Town of Oxford. It consists of approximately 97 acres, 2/3 of which will remain mostly untouched for passive recreational use. Plans are currently being drawn up to develop the remaining 1/3 - or about 30 acres. Some of the additions will be various athletic fields, tennis courts, picnic and playground areas, concession stand with flush toilets and much more. The passive rec areas will have hiking and horseback riding trails as well as picnic areas along Eight Mile Brook.
